Working principle of polishing machine

Polishing machine polishing of the key is to try to get the maximum rate in order to remove Polish damage as soon as possible. Also polishing damage to tissues layer does not affect final, that will not cause the organization. Former requirement to use coarse abrasive to ensure larger polishing rate to remove the grinding damage layer, but Polish damage layers deep; the latter requires the use of the finest materials, polishing damage are relatively shallow, but polishing rate low.

The best way to resolve this conflict is the polishing can be divided into two phases. Rough cast designed to remove grinding damage layer, should have the maximum polishing rate at this stage, formation of rough cast surface damage is a secondary consideration, but should also be as small as possible, followed by the finely polished (or throw), the purpose of which is to remove rough cast surface damage produced, polished to minimize damage. Polishing machine polished sample grinding and polishing should be the absolute light parallel and evenly on the pad, prevent samples flown out and new wear because of too much pressure. Taking the sample and radius of the wheel direction of rotation moves back and forth to avoid polishing fabric wear too quickly in the polishing process to keep adding powder suspensions, keeps polishing fabric humidity. Too much humidity will reduce the wear of polishing, hard phases in the sample rendering embossed and non-metallic inclusions in steel and cast iron graphite phase in the "trailing"; climate is too small, due to the friction heat heating the sample, decrease lubrication, buffed and dull, or even black spots, light alloy, can throw the wound surface. In order to achieve the purpose of rough cast, requiring lower rotary speed, preferably not more than 600r/min; polishing time should be longer than the time required to remove scratches, as also to take out deformed layer. Buffed smooth after the rough cast, however bleak, uniform and detailed under the microscope and rubbed, finely polished to eliminate.
